Hope harper age 6 Yes daddy hit me he does it all the time but I can’t tell them that. They will take me away daddies friend jay told me so. Snitches always get put away. My point of view What worked in your performance? . I used a good monologue that related well to my character and gave backstory and insight into my characters life. . I remembered my lines. . I spoke in a childlike tone (relevant to my character) What didn’t work? . My body language didn’t reflect the age of my character. My character is six years old I chose to stand and walk around I could have sat on the floor, fiddled and adjusted my posture to how a child of that age would stand. . I spoke in too soft of a tone. Due to stage nerves I tend to lower my tone on stage so need to work on projection. . I focused too hard on memorizing my lines instead of playing my character.
