final evaluation

since the begging of term I have learned so very much , I have had many opportunities to expand my skills so I have taken and some I have not and I have worked hard with my peers to achieve the goals I set for myself I my action plan.

Since my baseline performance I have worked incredibly hard on improving my vocal projection, I have taken vocal workshops and learned that for the audience to hear you its not all about volume it is about diction , tone, expression and the way your breathing. I believe I have improved a fair amount on this skill I enjoy doing tongue twisters to help with my diction especially the one about the pheasants.

As well as the vocal workshop I have also taken part in a characterisation workshop, status workshop and  a few other and I learnt valuable performance skills in each. During the characterisation workshops we did hot seating and I feel as if I excelled at this activity as I have the ability to tap into my characters feelings and deeper emotions and have a real understanding of who they are.

I feel as if since the beginning of term my communication skills have improved incredibly, I now ask more questions to my tutor, put ideas forward to my peers and ask for help when required. This is turn has helped me with another one of my targets which was to memorize scripts better now I am communicating with m peers more freely I feel as if I can ask for help. I also feel more confident to perform in front of them.

I feel as if I still have a lot to work on such as blocking scenes, staying serious during rehearsal time and staying in character. I would also like to keep pushing myself out of my comfort zone to become the best that I can be.
